Lexus of Santa Fe

I would definitely recommend the Lexus of Santa Fe to anyone who is looking to purchase a new car. I purchased my car from them a couple of days ago and I could not be happier. The employees were generous and very kind. Chris and Jarvis were especially helpful. Chris came in on his day off to assist with my purchase. He even helped me return my rental car. I really appreciated that. Jarvis took care of the finance part of it all so it was great working with him as well. I am so happy I made the five hour drive to Santa Fe. Overall it was a pleasant car buying experience at the Lexus of Santa Fe. Very professional, kind and generous staff. Thank you !!

Adrian was one of the best car sales associates I ever conducted business with. He truly worked hard to deliver a class act experience. Adrian was very knowledgeable, easy to get along with and loves his job. This only elevated my experience. When it came time to negotiate price, the negotiations only took about 5 minutes. Adrian's manager Vincent was willing to work with the price I desired. Both Vincent and Adrian were amazing to work with. My vehicle was in the showroom with a huge bow on top when I took delivery. This just made me feel special. Entire purchase process was the most positive experience out of the 20 plus cars I have purchased in my lifetime.

Brandon and everybody in the service department are amazing they will go the extra mile to always help you they take pride in what they do because when you own a Lexus you do not see one dirty car in that lot everything from a 2007 to 2023 it’s clean as a whistle. And they are one of the few shops that I’ve been around in my whole life that actually care about the customer and not just the bottom dollar. And that will forever get my business. Also the new gm is cool as heck. Good energy in there

I was scheduled for an oil change and arrived at 7 am. The oil change and car wash took 2 1/2 hours to perform. A multipoint inspection was also performed and generated a suggested $3000 repair/maintainence list. I had been scheduled with my Service Advisor Brandon but was met by Ronald. He was polite, formal, and tried to be helpful. There was only one mechanic in the shop. The waiting area was delightful, well appointed and very comfortable.

I just picked up my car from the service department for many repairs that were required on my 2017 Lexus IS - usual wear and tear. Special thanks to Brandon who was very helpful from the beginning. Making sure I understood the breakdown of the repairs and ensuring I would receive a loaner during the repairs. Thank you also to Kevin who went out of his way to help as much as he could with the cost of certain repairs keeping me in the loop of what was going on and also ensuring a loaner vehicle would be provided during the down time of my car. To Josh and Adrian who were also there for me when I was indecisive about the next steps to take, whether to repair my car or look into a new one which was exciting, but, I really do love my car and they helped aid in my decision to make the repairs. Shout out to the techs who did all the work I wish I could name you all - thank you so much for your hard work and efforts to getting my car in top notch and taking great care of her. I appreciate you! Since being a Lexus owner I’ve had nothing but great experiences while servicing my car at Lexus of Santa Fe.
